Frequently asked questions

Are these ready to ship? What is included?

Everything we sell is in stock, not made to order. We dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Every Toploader Frame, including Boba Toploader Frames, includes a toploader.

Should I choose a Slab Guard or a Toploader Frame?

Choose a Slab Guard for a graded slab, or a Toploader Frame for a regular 3×4 toploader. The Boba Collection offers both formats with a decorative pearl border. Olympus Guard offers an Ionic-column design with a fit for PSA, CGC, and TAG slabs.

Will my slab or toploader fit?

All Slab Guards, including classic, Boba, and Olympus, fit PSA, CGC, and TAG slabs. Beckett slabs do not fit because they are thicker. The Toploader Frame fit reference is a Cardboard Gold regular 3×4 toploader measuring 76.5 × 102 × 1.65 mm. Other brands and thicker holders can vary. Ask us about your holder if you are unsure.

What are the frames made from, and how do I care for them?

Our guards and frames are 3D printed in PLA. Boba is available in Black and five silk finishes; Olympus uses marble PLA. Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth and keep them away from heat, hot cars, and dishwashers. Do not force a holder that feels too tight.

Can I mix colors for the quantity discount?

Yes. Colors and finishes within the same product count together toward that product’s quantity tier. Slab Guards, Toploader Frames, Boba Slab Guards, and Boba Toploader Frames each have their own tiers. Olympus is $19.99 each, without a quantity discount. Where can I find shipping and order help?

Orders $35+ after quantity discounts, or carts containing 5+ Basic Toploader Frames across any colors and finishes, ship free to the US and Canada. Other orders ship for $4.99. See shipping information for details and timing. For a problem with an order, visit returns and order help or email cfetradingco@gmail.com.

Can I request a large order or a sold-out finish?
