Unused-item returns

You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused. Buyers pay return shipping for ordinary returns. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us with your order reference and a description of the problem. We will review these separately from ordinary returns. Keep the item and packaging; photos can help us understand what happened. Do not send the item back before contacting us.

Submitting a request does not automatically approve a return or issue a refund. You can also email cfetradingco@gmail.com. Please do not include card numbers or other payment credentials.
