Orders and support

C.F.E. Trading Co. uses customer information to process orders, arrange shipping, provide support, and protect the store against fraud and abuse. Stripe collects payment, contact, and delivery information through its hosted checkout. Our storefront does not collect or store your full card number. If you email us or submit the order-help form, we receive the information you include. Form submissions are stored by Netlify for order support.

eBay seller connection

Our private inventory app connects only to our own cfetrading seller account. With seller consent, it stores the account username, account identifier and encrypted authorization tokens in private Netlify storage. Other profile fields are discarded. The owner report reads listing quantities and recent order quantities and status. Buyer names, addresses, contact information and order identifiers are not retained in that report. The report does not change marketplace stock. Matching eBay account-deletion notifications remove the saved seller connection. Service providers

We use Stripe for payments, Netlify for hosting and order-reservation storage, and email and shipping providers to communicate with you and deliver orders. Providers process information needed for those services. Website requests may include technical information such as IP addresses and browser details for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. Google serves this site's fonts and 3D-viewer software and receives your browser's requests for those resources.

Browser storage

Your cart is saved in your browser's local storage. Session storage keeps identifiers used to retry or cancel checkout safely. Clearing browser storage may clear your cart or prevent immediate checkout cancellation.

Advertising and email

Our ads link to this website. This storefront does not currently use a Meta Pixel or advertising tracking scripts. We use customer emails for orders and support, not marketing email. We share customer information for payment, shipping, and order support rather than selling it.

Records and requests

Order and correspondence records are retained for fulfillment, support, accounting, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. For privacy questions or requests to access, correct, or delete your information, contact cfetradingco@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet those obligations. Please do not email payment card details.
